This role may involve managing a team of Key account managers, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, implementing strategies to achieve business goals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing support and guidance to the branches within the assigned cluster

Broking, AUM based products, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Unlisted, Insurance.

Responsibilities:1.

Building and maintaining relationships with key retail clients, understanding their investment needs and objectives, and providing personalized investment solutions and services to meet their requirements.2.

Identifying new business opportunities within the assigned cluster of key accounts, cross-selling financial products and services offered by Chola Securities and expanding the client base through proactive sales efforts.3.

Serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.4.

Developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to grow the business with key accounts, aligning with the overall business objectives of Chola Securities, and conducting regular reviews to assess progress and make necessary adjustments.5.

Setting and achieving sales targets for the assigned cluster of key accounts, monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to optimize sales strategies and tactics.6.

Assessing and mitigating risks associated with key account relationships, monitoring and managing credit exposures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.7.

Keeping abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities, and providing market intelligence and insights to clients and internal teams for informed decision-making.8.

Leading and managing a team of Key Account Managers, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.9.

Generating and analyzing reports related to sales performance, client engagement, and other relevant metrics, and providing regular updates to senior management on key account activities, opportunities, and challenges.10.

Collaborating with internal teams, such as research, operations, compliance, and others, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of key account strategies and fostering a collaborative and customer-centric approach to business operations.

Qualification & Experience:1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field. Relevant certifications or qualifications in sales management or financial services industry preferred.2.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management from either of Broking, Insurance, AUM based products, PMS, AIF, Bonds, unlisted securities and Insurance.3.

Team management experience will be an added advantage.4. Experience in setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and monitoring performance metrics.5. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the financial services industry.6. Ability to provide support, guidance, and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.7. Excellent leadership and team-building skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of Key Account Managers.8. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
