Business Development Specialist

Job description
We are looking for experience Business Development Professionals in India who have a passion for sales, client acquisition and client relationship for our Staffing vertical in India market.
- Experience in sales – New client acquisition.
- Responsible for revenue generation from the targeted market.
- Independently pursue and prospect into customers
- Effective Negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals
- Develop Alliances and Partnerships and drive channels sales.
- Ability to nurture and grow future business interest
- Hands-on in writing proposals and presentation skills
- Reach out to prospects through phone/e-mail/personal contacts/personal meets.
- Explain value-proposition for Services to the prospect.
- Set up conference calls/ Web Demonstrations/ Onsite meetings with the prospects.
- Initiatives in Market Intelligence, Partner Programs, Brand building.
- Follow up on the accounts and pursue necessary sales and business development activities
- Account Mapping to create key relationships across the client and media agencies on the verticals.
- Annual and Quarterly Account planning to determine the revenue potential and opportunities that are there in each account for the verticals that are under the incumbent's charge.
