Identifying and reaching out to potential customers: This involves researching and identifying potential customers who may be interested in your IT products or services.
You may use various methods such as online search, business directories, social media platforms, and cold calling to reach out to them.
Pitching IT products and services:
Once you have identified potential customers, your next task is to pitch your IT products and services to them.
You will need to be knowledgeable about the features and benefits of your products and services and be able to explain them clearly and effectively to potential customers.
Generating leads:
Generating leads is an important task in telesales.
You will need to be able to gather contact information from potential customers and follow up with them in a timely manner to move them further down the sales funnel.
