KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal Sales & Customer Support and Communication. Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations. Technical expertise: Maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and provide technical advice.Work closely with the engineering team to understand product specifications and applications. Sales support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and contribute to sales proposals.Assist in the preparation of product demonstrations and presentations. Quote and order Management: Prepare and follow up on quotes for customers.Process orders and ensure accurate documentation. Problem-solving: Address customers complaints and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.Provide detailed and accurate reports on customer interactions and identified issues. Market awareness: Keep abreast of new industry trends, technologies, and products.Provide feedback from customers to enhance product performance and service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma/bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field. 3-5 years' experience in a technical sales or project engineering role. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and product knowledge. Strong understanding of powder handling or pneumatic conveying systems. Strong knowledge of rotary valves and diverter valves.

SKILLS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

May require travel to customer sites or attendance at industry events. A commitment to continuous learning and development in both technical and sales areas.
