Overview: The Sales& Support Executive plays a crucial role in theorganization by serving as a primary point of contact for customershandling sales inquiries providing support and ensuring customersatisfaction.   • Responding to salesinquiries and providing product information to potentialcustomers
  • Assisting customers with productselection and making recommendations
  • Processingsales orders and ensuring accurate pricing and inventoryavailability
  • Handling customer inquiries andproviding comprehensive support via phone email andchat
  • Resolving customer complaints andescalating issues as needed
  • Collaborating withsales teams to meet and exceed salestargets
  • Following up with customers to ensuresatisfaction and resolve any outstandingissues
  • Updating customer records andmaintaining accurate sales and supportdatabases
  • Assisting with sales and marketingcampaigns and promotions
  • Providing feedback oncustomer preferences and market trends to the sales and marketingteams
  • Participating in product and salestraining sessions to enhance productknowledge
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in sales and customersupport roles
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask andprioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellentproblemsolving abilities and a customerfocusedmindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software andMicrosoft Office suite
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
  • Excellentorganizational and time managementskills
  • Understanding of sales techniques andcustomer relationship management
  • Flexibility towork occasional evenings and weekends asneeded
