Seeking candidates who are change agents with a strong internal compass for excellence.

Candidate is expected to drive customer communication strategies across all channels including brand, website, digital marketing, social media, sales, store among others.

Candidate will be central nerve Centre for collating creative requirements and set up timelines across functions. Candidate will be instrumental in streamlining and standardizing a common grammar across all customer touchpoints to enable growth. This candidate will be working with multiple stakeholders in the organization and will report into the Marketing Head.

About the role:

Communication Strategy:
Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly communication plans across all
channels with a view on a core theme running across each channel

Consumer Insights:


This role will need a hands-on understanding of consumer problems by way of primary research (interviews, field visits) and secondary research (call-logs, chat interactions etc).

Candidate is expected to translate the brand offering (multi-brand dealer, finance, post-sales experience) in easily digestible language to the customer

Stakeholder management:


The role will be the SPOC for the Marketing team across Sales, Product, Tech and CXO leaders for all creative requirements.

Candidate is expected to professionally manage relationships and deliver quality content across the company.

Team Management:


The role will manage creative teams that are expected to deliver video, static and text assets and ensure quality control.


Copy writing:
Role will also require the candidate to write compelling copy that can be ported across various formats

Vendor management:
Special projects that require external collaboration with creative agencies will be led by this role.

Requirements:
4+ years of content marketing experience. Copywriting experience is mandatory.
Should be able to either read/ speak/ write atleast two of these languages - Hindi, Kannada, Telugu
Experience with proactively engage with customers to develop a point-of-view on a communication plan
Literate in Social media & Digital marketing tools to monitor digital trends and content performance.
Preference to candidates who have worked in 0-1 start-ups
Not afraid to fail. But always ready to learn
