Oneof the leading Health Insurance Limited is looking for anexperienced insurance customer service representative to connectwith our customers.

In this role you will be responsible foranswering customer queries dealing with complaints and providingpotential customers with detailed information about our products.

You may also be required to review a customer s policy and directcalls to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated orupgraded.

Toensure success as an insurance customer service representative youshould have a friendly and professional demeanor good communicationskills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Responsibilities:


Respond to incoming calls emails andchats about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues aswell as consumer complaints and generalinquiries
Demonstrate accuracy in processingclient policy modifications based on the datagiven
Verify new customers coverage andpresent policyholders with proof of insurancepaperwork
Keep track of all customer inquiries andfollow up to verify that all questions are answered regardingcustomerpolicies
Stay uptodate on new marketing effortsto answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resourcesavailable
Handle complaints present appropriatesolutions and alternatives within the timeframes set and follow upto ensure that the issue has beenresolved
Direct any urgent or sensitive issues totheSupervisors

Requirementsandqualifications:
Graduate in any field
12 years of experience in the CustomerService department or a similar role in the Insuranceindustry
Knowledge of insurance products andpolicy schedules ispreferred
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Officeand customer relationship managementsoftware Excellentactive listening interpersonal and communicationskills
