About New Era Group:

New Era Group is embarking on a captivating residential and hotel project in the charming setting of Goa. We are searching for a dynamic and seasoned individual from a hospitality background to represent our brand and exhibit our premier properties to potential clients and partners.

Role Summary:

The Hospitality and Real Estate Representative will be the ambassador of our upcoming projects in Goa, leveraging their hospitality expertise to deliver an extraordinary experience for visitors and potential buyers. This position is perfect for someone with a background in aviation or hotel management who excels in customer service and has a passion for the luxury real estate and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct tours and showcase our residential and hotel projects to clients and stakeholders.

- Apply hospitality knowledge to elevate customer experience during property presentations.

- Offer comprehensive information and address inquiries about our projects.

- Assist in coordinating and overseeing promotional events.

- Cultivate relationships with clients and pursue potential leads.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) or certification from a recognized Air Hostess Academy.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the aviation or hospitality sector.

- Exceptional communication skills in English.

- Proven ability to interact effectively with an upscale clientele.

- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine commitment to deliver outstanding service.

- Knowledge of the real estate market in Goa is a plus.
