  • Responsible to monitor and assist Health Checkups according to the protocol in co-ordination with respective departments.
  • Support and co-ordinate with staffs during special events.
  • Guide patients to their respective departments and educate about the available and not available services in the facility.
  • Clear all doubts of patients and uphold the hospital image.
  • Having good people skills and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Responsible for maintaining the desired image of a health care facility in the public eye.
  • As such, they must be knowledgeable about the internal workings of the facility and must also be aware of its strategic objectives.
  • Conduct camps and co-ordinate with the doctors for the same.
  • Contribute for the overall success of the hospital.
  • Check -in on the patient regualry and evaluate and document their progress
  • Report to Head of operations about the daily activities
  • He/She is responsible for adhering to the rules & regulations as well as the policies established by the management.
  • He/She is responsible for any other works given by the manager

Salary:
Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
