Position: Advertising Sales Manager

Overview:

Ad Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in steering our client services to unprecedented heights of success. Entrusted with the leadership of a 15-member team, this individual is not just a strategist but a visionary, adept in harnessing the collective strength of the team to craft and implement innovative strategies across a diverse portfolio of verticals. The role demands an expert level understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPM (Cost Per Mille), CPC (Cost Per Click), CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and CPI (Cost Per Install), alongside a profound knowledge of various verticals including sweeps (sweepstakes), dating, adult dating, mainstream content, smart links, games, and CPI campaigns.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of 15 professionals, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and accountability. Drive the development and execution of comprehensive strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.
  • Expertise in Performance Metrics: Utilize deep knowledge of CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, and CPI to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize ROI for clients.
  • Vertical Specialization: Develop and apply specialized strategies for a variety of verticals including sweeps, dating, adult dating, mainstream content, smartlinks, games, and CPI campaign s, ensuring tailored and effective marketing solutions.
  • Client Services: Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable strategies. Ensure exceptional service levels and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Innovation and Adaptation: Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements. Encourage and lead the team in adopting innovative approaches and tools to remain competitive and efficient.
  • Team Development: Cultivate a culture of growth and learning within the team. Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the collection, analysis, and presentation of performance data to stakeholders. Use insights to guide strategic decisions and report on progress against goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, and CPI.
  • Working with DSP is an added advantage
  • Expert knowledge of various marketing verticals including sweeps, dating, adult dating, mainstream content, smartlinks, games, and CPI campaigns.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong client and team relationships.
  • Innovative thinker with a track record of identifying and implementing creative marketing solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
