Role: Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager occupies a crucial position in driving our client services towards unprecedented success. Leading a team of 15 members, this role requires more than just strategic prowess; it calls for a visionary leader who can harness the team's collective strength to devise and implement innovative strategies across various verticals. An in-depth grasp of digital marketing metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, and CPI is essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of specific verticals like sweeps, dating, adult dating, mainstream content, smart links, games, and CPI campaigns.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of 15 professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability. Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with client goals and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Performance Metrics: Leverage extensive knowledge of CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, and CPI to assess campaign performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and optimize client ROI.
  • Vertical Expertise: Formulate tailored strategies for diverse verticals such as sweeps, dating, adult dating, mainstream content, smartlinks, games, and CPI campaigns to deliver effective marketing solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a key client interface, understanding their requirements and translating them into actionable strategies. Ensure outstanding service standards and nurture long-term client partnerships.
  • Innovation and Adaptability: Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements. Advocate for and lead the team in adopting innovative tools and approaches to stay competitive and efficient.
  • Team Growth: Foster a culture of learning and development within the team. Identify training needs and growth opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Supervise data collection, analysis, and reporting to stakeholders. Utilize insights to steer strategic decisions and track progress towards objectives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, and CPI.
  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing verticals including sweeps, dating, adult dating, mainstream content, smartlinks, games, and CPI campaigns.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with team management experience.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to nurture client and team relationships.
  • Innovative mindset with a history of implementing creative marketing solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
