Position Overview:

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate and close sales deals for properties on behalf of the real estate agency or developer.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, providing them with detailed information about available properties, and guiding them through the entire sales process.

Your goal is to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels such as referrals, online platforms, networking events, and cold calling.
Develop a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry and your target market.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to establish rapport and identify potential opportunities.

Property Presentations and Consultation:

Conduct thorough property presentations and consultations with prospective buyers, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of the properties.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about market trends, property prices, financing options, and legal requirements to help clients make informed decisions.

Address client queries, concerns, and objections effectively, and offer appropriate solutions to facilitate successful sales.

Sales and Negotiation:
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
Negotiate and secure favorable terms and conditions for both the buyer and seller, ensuring a win-win situation.
Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and other relevant documentation to facilitate property transactions.
Collaborate with legal and financial professionals, when necessary, to ensure smooth and legally compliant transactions.

Relationship Building and Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders.
Follow up with existing clients to foster long-term relationships, gain referrals, and identify potential repeat business opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay updated on market trends, new property developments, and industry regulations to provide valuable insights to clients.

Sales Target Achievement and Reporting:
Set and work towards achieving sales targets, both individually and as part of a team.
Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate regular reports for management.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques, market knowledge, and personal productivity.
