What you will be doing:

Technical Excellence:

Take charge of Greenlight's Developer Platform, enable high developer productivity and code releases across all engineering teams, influence change and drive critical metrics towards efficient releases.

Build systems, tools and processes to enable high performance code delivery from developer to production.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering managers, quality engineers, platform and other engineering teams to understand requirements and design solutions that meet developer and business needs.

Communicate technical decisions and strategies effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies to improve our platform's capabilities.

Recruitment and Hiring:
Participate in the recruitment process by identifying and interviewing potential candidates. Help grow the team with top-tier engineering talent.

What you will bring:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.8+ years of technical experience with Developer Platform tools and systems in addition to strong developer enablement and development tooling experience.

Proficiency in Cloud technology and industry leading developer tools.
Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with CI/CD pipeline including backend release patterns and tools.
Ability to influence large engineering teams and align around Mobile development and release practices.
Experience providing mentorship and technical guidance to team members in a highly collaborative environment.

Strong customer mindset and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment to meet business outcomesExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound and oftentimes innovative technical decisions.
