What you will bring:

Demonstrated experience hiring, managing and mentoring engineering teams. Proficiency in Core iOS and Android frameworks and SDKs. Industry knowledge and proficiency in the global mobile ecosystem including expert knowledge of iOS and Android App Store release process and applicable tools. Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with CI/CD pipeline including mobile release patterns and tools. Ability to influence large engineering teams and align around Mobile development and release practices. Experience providing mentorship, career development opportunities, and performance management to your team Strong customer mindset and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment to meet business outcomes Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound and oftentimes innovative technical decisions.
