Job Role:

  • General data management and HR administration:
  • UK payroll administration:
  • Uploading documentation, safeguarding, qualifications, and right to work checks for all employees to our HRIS (Kido People/CIPHR) and Google Drive
  • Manage Bank Staff Timesheets: ensuring timesheets are completed and approved in a timely manner ready for payroll. Calculate and arrange payment for any holiday including UK Bank Holidays.
  • Holiday Management: Adding and auditing annual leave (including UK Bank Holidays) on our HRIS as well as prorata holiday on Kido People. Communicate with CIPHR service desk to ensure holidays are correct on the system.
  • Probations: communicating with managers and issuing letters.
  • Support People Team with Disclosure Barring Service Checks (UK Police and Child Barring Checks) as well as Overseas Police Checks.
  • Ensuring Health Declarations are completed on a biannual basis
  • Ensuring Staff Suitability declarations are being completed on a biannual basis.
  • Working closely with other departments including People Trainers and Recruitment as well as the core People Team.
  • Management of our UK payroll inbox
  • Data input of casual hours, overtime, sickness and absences.
  • Managing Kido's pension upload each month (Husky)
  • Managing the input of Hastee deductions (our financial benefit platform)
  • Chase HMRC Starter Checklist
  • Assist with payroll auditing and payroll calculations
  • Work with our People Team and our external payroll provider, PBS, to ensure a smooth payroll run each month.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any faculty.
  • Working knowledge of MS office.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • Experience working with a UK payroll (preferred).
  • Experience working within UK HR also an advantage but not essential.
