- Do you have the ability and the willingness to serve and deliver to all our customers with a lot of passion. Well, you may be the Business Development Manager, we are looking for. Who will be developing the business for his/her respective territory and will be enhancing the organization reputation by accepting the ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?- Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Innovate, Advocate and Implement better Sales Strategies.
- To implement all aspects of the Sales Process encompassing all salesrelated activities such as planning, monitoring, and measuring all customers within the defined area.
- Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets
- Provide an excellent and professional level of customer service with existing and new customers.
- Analyses and controls the expenditure of the division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- To prepare sales reports on a monthly basis.
- Implement programs to win continued customer loyalty.
- To assist the Regional Sales Head in preparing the annual sales budget for management approval and implementing the same.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Well versed with Air & Ocean
- Exports & Imports operations.
- Knowledge of warehousing and domestic transportation will be added advantage.
- To be prepared to learn all aspects of team's work with desire and ability to provide cover and assistance on a regular basis.
- High level of pc literacy on MS word/ excel.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
