- Resolve ticketing issues and complaints promptly and effectively
- Identify and analyze trends or recurring issues related to ticketing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, laws, and regulations regarding ticketing
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records related to ticketing operations
- Prepare reports and present data related to ticketing operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel and Word
- Knowledge of ticketing software (preferred)
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends if necessary
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
