PositionOverview:As a Human Resource Business Partner(HRBP) at InstaVeritas you will play a pivotal role in aligning HRstrategies with business objectives to drive organizationalsuccess. You will be responsible for fostering a positive workenvironment implementing HR initiatives and supporting the growthand development of our employees. The HRBP will collaborate closelywith senior management and departmental leaders to addressHRrelated challenges and contribute to the overall success of thecompany.
KeyResponsibilities:
StrategicHR Planning:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with thecompanys goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior managementto identify HR priorities and initiatives that supportorganizationalgrowth.
EmployeeRelations: Act as atrusted advisor to employees and management on HRrelated matters.Address employee concerns conflicts and grievances in a fair andtimely manner. Promote a positive work culture and foster employeeengagement andmorale.
TalentAcquisition: Partner with hiring managers tofulfill staffing needs and attract top talent. Develop recruitmentstrategies participate in the hiring process and ensure a smoothonboarding experience for newemployees.
PerformanceManagement: Implement performance managementprocesses to drive employee productivity and development. Provideguidance and support to managers on performance evaluations goalsetting and performance improvementplans.
Learningand Development: Identify training anddevelopment needs across the organization. Collaborate withdepartmental leaders to design and deliver training programs thatenhance employee skills andcapabilities.
HRCompliance: Stay abreast of labor lawsregulations and industry best practices. Ensure HR policies andprocedures comply with legal requirements and company standards.Conduct periodic audits to monitor compliance and mitigaterisks.
EmployeeBenefits and Compensation: Manage employeebenefits programs including health insurance retirement plans andother perks. Review and benchmark compensation practices to ensurecompetitiveness andequity.
HRMetrics and Reporting: Track HR metrics andanalyze data to assess the effectiveness of HR programs andinitiatives. Prepare reports and presentations for seniormanagement to facilitate informeddecisionmaking.
Qualifications:
Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield. Master s degree or HR certificationpreferred.
Provenexperience as an HRBP or HR generalist preferably in the technologyor servicesindustry.
Indepthknowledge of HR principles practices and employmentlaws.
Stronginterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to buildrelationships at all levels of theorganization.
Excellentproblemsolving and conflict resolutionabilities.
