Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers across the German speaking countries in Europe to understand and align talent needs, ensuring a deep understanding of position requirements, target audience and timelines.
  • Provide expert guidance, training, and support to hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your knowledge and expertise in talent acquisition.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • German language skills required, with minimum level B2 certification.
  • Proven experience in international recruitment, preferably within the logistics industry, with a focus on hiring across German speaking European countries.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities, enabling you to develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies that attract top talent.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, and online networking platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
  • CIR, CSSR, CSMR certifications are preferred
