You will be an integral part of the newly formed business intelligence team, building and developing the analytics and insights capabilities of the Bank.
Principal AccountabilitiesUnderstand our products and processes through the data we have or collect for product, finance, risk & ops teamsHelp the product, finance, risk & ops teams team leverage your knowledge of the data to provide insight, analysis and reportingBuild dashboards and reports in Metabase for the product, finance, risk & ops teamsOriginate, maintain and enhance product, finance, risk & ops teams data analytics ETL'sContinuously improve product, finance, risk & ops teams reporting and ease of access to financial and operational informationWork with the product, finance, risk & ops teams team to understand their data needs and deliver their data requestsDevelop and maintain data standards, always managing the data libraries and dictionaries, documenting your findings and sharing them both within and outside the data teamHelping us implement a data-driven mindset in the company and within the product, finance, risk & ops teamsExamples of work include building out the reports when we launch a new product or partnership, acquisition of a portfolio and supporting BAU activities
Personal Attributes & ExperiencePrevious experience working as a data analyst using SQL.Strong and experienced level of analytical skills in a commercial environment ideally within banking or other financial services.
You are flexible to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a very dynamic environment and work well with stakeholders across the business.
You communicate effectively and are comfortable with translating technical detail into business and commercial language.Personable and able to communicate at all levels within the business.
