About the internship:

As a Company Secretary (CS) intern at Udyog Buddy, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in corporate governance, compliance, and legal matters. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's operations and maintaining regulatory standards.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in drafting and maintaining legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.

2. Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including filing of necessary documents with government authorities.

3. Coordinating board and committee meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

4. supporting corporate governance activities, such as maintaining statutory registers and records.

5. Assisting in the review and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.

6. Researching and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting the company's operations.

7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support various company initiatives and projects.
