Role Description

MANDATORY : Certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or semi-qualified CA, or CFA, CMA, ICWA, and an MBA.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst at ArthMitra in Jabalpur. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and conducting business analysis activities to support various projects and initiatives. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Analyst to lead critical projects and provide high-level analytical support. The ideal candidate will preferably be a certified Chartered Accountant (CA), semi-qualified CA, or hold certifications such as CFA, CMA, ICWA, or an MBA. This role is key to driving our consulting initiatives and delivering actionable insights that drive client success.


Qualifications

  • Certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or certifications such as CFA, CMA, ICWA, or an MBA

with 5+ years of work experience.

  • Advanced accounts, financial ratio analysis and in-depth taxation knowledge.
  • Preparation of detailed project reports (DPR) and techno economic viability reports of customers for arranging bank finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with financial modelling tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage client relationships and collaborate closely with internal teams to address business challenges and objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing support and fostering professional development.


Probation Period:

  • 3 months probationary period.
