Role Description

MANDATORY : Certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or semi-qualified CA, or CFA, CMA, ICWA, and an MBA.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Junior Business Analyst to support our financial consulting operations. The ideal candidate will preferably be a certified Chartered Accountant (CA), semi-qualified CA, or hold certifications such as CFA, CMA, ICWA, or an MBA. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in financial consulting. This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Analyst at ArthMitra. The Junior Analyst will be responsible for financial data, preparing reports, and assisting senior analysts in various financial services. This role includes conducting market research, financial modeling, and supporting project financing activities.


Qualifications

  • Certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or semi-qualified CA, or certifications such as CFA, CMA, ICWA, or an MBA.
  • 2+ years of experience in related industry
  • Basic accounts, financial ratio analysis and taxation knowledge .
  • Preparation of detailed project reports (DPR) of customers for arranging bank finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with financial modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, data interpretation, and report preparation
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


Probation Period:

  • 3 months probationary period.
