Project Description:
ITT (Investment Trading Technology) team supports T&M (Treasury and Markets) and is looking for the right candidate to support Murex 3.1 applications. Murex is one of the leading applications in the areas of global trading, risk management and trade processing, and we using it cross asset classes, Front to Risk to Back in a setup with multiple production environments and grids, connections to many upstream and downstream systems. This challenging role provides unique opportunity to support a community of hundreds of regional users belonging to Front-Office, Operations, Finance, Credit & Market Risk and Limits Management. In this dynamic environment the team will also strive to improve the system stability through continuous improvement and participate into the ambitious pipeline of projects.
Skills required:
Proven experience of 8-14 years in managing Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
Proven experience in Technical PM (technical background),Incident management and change management
Regular cadence with customer stakeholders
Work on action items as per customer feedback
Inputs to PMO to be delivered on time
Should have handled support projects in the Banking domain.
Regularly scheduled meetings with management to show highlights, lowlights, issues/risks, and action items
Internal meeting with Leads with a clear agenda to drive them to deliver as per customer satisfaction & also contribute to Luxoft's internal process
Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
Manage and lead a team of Level 1 and Level 2 support professionals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure team members are meeting or exceeding expectations.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services to clients, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and address all batch issues to completion, including:
- Manage Incidents and problems through their lifecycle. Document and communicate post incident review. Track problems (root causes) to closure.
- Work with the regional and global development teams to address issues and ensure batch milestones are met.
- Monitor client application stacks to ensure all production plants are Ready-for-Business (RFB). Triage and exceptions/alerts.
Own the outage/alert. Resolve using knowledge base, and/or in collaboration with Development / Infrastructure teams.
Manage stakeholders during the outage.
Produce a daily and weekly metric packs detailing overall performance, challenges and success achieved.
Monitor ticketing system, emails, group chats for user's inquiries and issues. Resolve these issues.
Reduce toil over time:
- Automate routine operations.
- Filter out noise from the alerting system
- Automate diagnostics and RFB.
Maintain observability and configurations.
Document new issues and their resolution.
Periodically audit and test applications for disaster resiliency.
Coordinate downtime with stakeholders.
Audit system periodically to proactively identify potential issues and observability gaps. Implement monitoring and contingency plans.
Create runbooks for maintenance operations.
