Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for eliciting and managing functional requirements in partnership and collaboration with the InfoSec Business Functional Analyst, architecture, and delivery leads across the globe. Working in an agile and iterative manner to gather requirements and propose appropriate solutions
  • Works in a collaborative manner to create RPA end to end functional flows such as Process Maps, Keystroke documentation, User Manual. Document user stories and refine (e.g., add Acceptance Criteria) and liaise with development teams to priorities and deliver against the requirements
  • Participate in process walkthrough calls, understand the requirement, publish and convert Business inputs to Business requirement documents. Ensure the right granularity of user story's by applying slicing techniques in scope of estimation and completion in a single sprint
  • Analyse requirements from business and take appropriate steps to define action plans which are detailed, meaningful and set expectations appropriately with business
  • Provide necessary clarifications on requirements to team members, together with Business Functional Analyst, manage requirements using Agile framework i.e., user stories and help drive the agile process forward by participation in backlog grooming, sprint planning, QA, etc.
  • Validate process documents with InfoSec Business and obtain sign off from SMEs / Process owners / IT Teams as appropriate
  • Responsible for supporting the testing requirements and preparation of test plans
  • Supports the design and conceptualization of new business solution options and articulates identified impacts and risks
  • Assures that the Product Backlog Items Respect Definition of Ready before entering in the Sprint Backlog
  • Evaluating dependences, interfaces and specifying inputs and formatting outputs to meet the business' responsible for defining Functional and Non-Functional Requirements.
  • Supports the Business Team and Product Owners on the prioritization of change requests

Requirement:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Preferably with minimum 3-6 years of work experience as a Business Analyst in IT / RPA / Transformation projects
  • Should have strong written and verbal communication to work with InfoSec stakeholders and Business Leaders across the globe
  • Process Mapping skills using MS Visio is must. Should be skilled in preparing Keystroke Level Mapping document
  • Prior experience in documenting business requirements such as Process Maps, Process design document (PDD), BRDs, User stories, Test Design, Test case and Requirement Traceability document
  • Good knowledge and understanding of SDLC Life cycle, Microsoft Power Apps, Automation tools, Co-Pilot, AI including Chatbots and Conversational AIis preferred
  • To be a very capable communicator with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and Leadership levels
  • Preferably have practical experience in implementing LEAN, AGILEand Design Thinking
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to information security compliance including privacy laws appropriate to the region.
  • Preferably have practical knowledge in using ServiceNow Modules and Microsoft Office, particularly in Power BI, Power Automate
  • Participate in after hour escalations to assist on call team members.
