Responsibilities
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members.
- Schedule meetings and manage meeting agendas/MOMs.
- Arrange corporate events to take place inside/outside of the workplace, staff appreciation events, etc.
- Working with departments on behalf of executives to check progress and raise any red flags.
- Managing goals and deadlines for management/executive activities on organizational growth.
- Following up with executives on their todo lists, and schedules to get things done.
- Use of management, productivity, and documentation tools.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among the staff.
