We are looking for an office assistant to organise and coordinate sales processes with the customer. The role includes understanding our products and processes, and sending quotations / proforma invoices etc to the customer.

Role & Responsibilities
Ensure that all products/items are invoiced and paid on time

Report to seniors of timely progress

Key Skills

  • Proficient and fluent in English language and written communication._
Good knowledge of office administration, systems and procedures

Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook

Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
