Purpose of the Position


Manage planning and implementation of long-term and organization-wide strategic projects to achieve department and corporate goals; identify business opportunities and develop new products and/or new business models to drive profit margin and business growth of company and improve customer experience.

Principal Responsibilities

Solutions

  • Primary responsibilities include review of process and operations management variables, proposal development with focus on defining product value to clients, build engagement roadmaps and support project execution.
  • Change management – understanding and coaching SDU teams through the change management journey
  • Provide and gain access to cross functional support required throughout the presales cycle
Project / Bid Management

  • Manage implementation of longterm and organizationwide strategic projects, assist in building and managing project budget and resources allocation, oversee progress, and ensure successful completion of projects

Reporting and Data Management

  • Design and Account daytoday performance indicators, Sales Pipeline Management, Design and implement Reporting Dashboards and adhoc customized reporting

Job Description:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Knowledge and ability to use relevant Six Sigma lean tools/concepts, such as VSM, Standardized Work, KAIZEN, PDCA, Problem Solving, etc.
  • Trained by Shipley's or APMP level accreditation preferred
  • Excellent skills in planning and project management with analytical skills
  • Proven record of achieving consensus, buyin and subsequent effective results with project implementation
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated strength in management and leadership
  • Extensive business knowledge and high level of business awareness
  • Technical skills in analysis, statistics and report development
  • Should have experience in Presales, Bid Management, Excel & PowerPoint
Experience: 9-15 years

Location:
Bangalore (Hybrid)

Should have Insurance experience (mandatory)
