We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Architecture Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interact with a large variety of clients to provide network technical support for complex network-related incidents, changes, and projects
- Gather requirements, analyse technical networking issues, and develop options and recommendations
- Coordinate, install, and maintain appropriate systems software and hardware
- Participate in large, complex projects
Requirements:
- Expert-level understanding of network and network security architecture within a mixed environment of network solutions
- Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, STP, VRF, IPSEC, IOS, IOS-XE, Dell OS9/10, VMware vSphere/NSX, DWD, spine and leaf architecture
- Ability to function as the highest point of escalation for network-related issues
- Extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting networks in enterprise-level organizations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Expertise with a breadth of network technologies, including routers, firewalls, load balancers, multicast solutions, WAN technologies, etc.
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to maintain a current working knowledge of related hardware, software, solutions, and processes
- Experience participating in large, complex projects
- Experience working with third parties (contractors/consultants)
Work Timings:
Flexible to work in 24/7 environment, with monthly rotation.
