We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Architecture Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Interact with a large variety of clients to provide network technical support for complex network-related incidents, changes, and projectsGather requirements, analyse technical networking issues, and develop options and recommendationsCoordinate, install, and maintain appropriate systems software and hardwareParticipate in large, complex projects

Requirements:

Expert-level understanding of network and network security architecture within a mixed environment of network solutionsAdvanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, STP, VRF, IPSEC, IOS, IOS-XE, Dell OS9/10, VMware vSphere/NSX, DWD, spine and leaf architectureAbility to function as the highest point of escalation for network-related issuesExtensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting networks in enterprise-level organizationsStrong written and oral communication skillsExpertise with a breadth of network technologies, including routers, firewalls, load balancers, multicast solutions, WAN technologies, etc.Ability to work and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to maintain a current working knowledge of related hardware, software, solutions, and processesExperience participating in large, complex projectsExperience working with third parties (contractors/consultants)

Work Timings:

Flexible to work in 24/7 environment, with monthly rotation.
