  • Mandatory to have an experience in Design and Implementation of HR policies & SOPs HRIS tool implementation Rewards/C& B Strategy – Projects including BenchmarkingSalary Bracket 10 16 lacAccountabilities and Responsibilitieso Rewards Strategy –o Analyze market data and provide recommendations for increment decisions.
o Compensation Market Benchmarkingo Develop Salary Rangeso Support in carving out the rewards and remuneration philosophy for the organizationo End to end support in implementation of sales and variable pay policyo New initiatives for Employee Benefits including Benefit Indexingo Manpower Budgetingo Build guidelines and framework for annual salary increase process and linkage of pay with performance and positiono ESG (Environment Social Governance)o Support in leading Social part of ESGo Conceptualize, Develop, Review and Implement Social programs for DILo Design, Implement and governance of Social policieso ESG Dashboardo Interactive content /videos on ESG for employee awarenesso Web page/HR Newsletter of all the Social initiativeso HR Policies and SOPs –o Design and execute end to and HR policies and SOPs.o Policy Benchmark on regular intervalo HRIS – Identify and roll-out HRIS / automation capabilities in HR processo Support C& B and HR Shared ServicesHead in implementing HR Strategy projects
