Job Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Lead, you'll play an instrumental role in effectively communicating the company's products, services, and relationships to the customers thereby driving sales. Responsible for devising strategies and plans for new product introduction or expanding in adjacent markets while keeping the vision of the company as a guiding north star.
Responsibilities:
- Development and Implementation of go-to-market strategies, product promotion strategies, and sales and distribution strategies for the target market segment.
- Understanding client requirements, gathering data, identifying market trends, analyzing competition, and suggesting improvements to achieve goals.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, doing Primary and Secondary market research, understanding their problems and needs, and thereby anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Driving Sales by following the process of lead generation, then explaining the solution with the help of sharing the relevant data and then closing the deal after the price negotiations.
Other Requirements:
- A passion for working in the renewable energy industry.
- A min. requirement of a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Prior work experience of 1-3 years in the renewable energy industry is preferable.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and business in the B2B domain is preferable.
- An engineering background is preferable.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to lead independently even under situations of uncertainties.
