The Brand Development Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and expanding

the SAINT ROSARIO brand through strategic communication, collaboration with

influencers, engaging with news media, and fostering partnerships with other

brands. This individual will be responsible for conducting market research to

identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights to inform

marketing strategies and enhance brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Communication:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance
brand visibility and resonance across various channels.

  • Craft compelling brand narratives and messaging that resonate with target
audiences and align with company values.

  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all
communication platforms.

Influencer Collaboration:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers, content
creators, and thought leaders in the industry.

  • Collaborate with influencers to develop authentic and impactful campaigns
that drive brand awareness, engagement, and affinity.

  • Negotiate and manage contracts, deliverables, and performance metrics for
influencer partnerships.

Media Relations:

  • Cultivate relationships with key members of the media, including journalists,
editors, and bloggers.

  • Pitch and secure media coverage across traditional and digital platforms to
increase brand visibility and credibility.

  • Monitor media coverage and sentiment, and proactively address any issues
or opportunities.

Brand Collaboration:

  • Identify strategic brand partners and opportunities for collaboration that
align with company objectives and target audience.

  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually
beneficial outcomes and brand alignment.

Coordinate collaborative marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to

maximize brand exposure and reach.

Market Research:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, consumer
behavior, and competitor activities.

  • Utilise data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies, product
development, and brand positioning.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and
initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results.

Trend Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and cultural shifts relevant
to the brand and industry.

  • Analyze consumer insights, social media trends, and market data to identify
opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

  • Provide actionable recommendations to leadership based on trend analysis
and market intelligence.

Social Media Trends and Collaboration:

  • Monitor social media platforms for trends, conversations, and opportunities
to engage with the audience.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand
awareness, engagement, and community growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging
social media content, campaigns, and activations.

Event Management:

  • Organize and coordinate events, photo shoots, and launch parties to
promote brand awareness and engagement.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless
execution of events and activations.

  • Evaluate event effectiveness and ROI, and make recommendations for
future event strategies.

Brand Ownership and Leadership:

  • Take ownership of the brand identity and provide vision, mission, goals, and
strategies to align with company objectives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute brand initiatives and ensure brand
consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Inspire and motivate team members to uphold brand standards and deliver
exceptional results.

Model Recruitment and Negotiation:

  • Identify staffing needs and recruit models
and brand ambassadors that align with brand image and values.

Conduct interviews, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with

models and talent agencies.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure models represent the brand
effectively in marketing campaigns and events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration,
or related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in brand management, marketing, or
related roles.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand
communication strategies.

  • Strong network of influencer contacts and media relationships.

media platforms.
