Infrastructure Services TechnicalProject Manager

Selected candidate must reside withintwo (2) hours of SSA Headquarters in Woodlawn MD. Selectedcandidate must be willing to work onsite at least 2 days a week.

PositionDescription:

Serve as the ServiceNowTechnical Project Manager for multiple infrastructure projects.

Provide Project management leadershipeffectively drive the project schedule deliverables and manageproject risks.

Facilitate effectivecommunications within a complex matrix organization(internal/external teams).

Facilitaterequirements gathering that can effectively be translated intocustomer acceptance documentation.

Workclosely with SMEs and Engineers in designing and developingsolutions that meet the customer requirements.

Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with theproject team and developers.

SkillsRequirements:

FOUNDATION FORSUCCESS (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Mathematics Engineering or arelated field.

Masters or Doctorate degree maysubstitute for required experience.

10 years ofexperience as an IT infrastructure technical projectmanagement.

7 years of experience withServiceNow platform and effective in setting a clear vision basedon ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices.

Knowledge and experience with CCaaS solutionsimplementation.

Must be able to obtain andmaintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.

ITTechnical Project Management Leadership (PMP required).

Effective leadership communications and team player(externally /externally).

Knowledge of AssetManagement IT Service Management Governance/Risk/ComplianceServiceNow Modules.

Experience with CCaaSApplications (i.e. AWS Connect or Genesys).

Experience designing and developing ServiceNow processflows/workflows.

Effectiveexecutive/stakeholder level briefings.

Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines andtools.

Excellent communication and writtenskills

Showcaseyour knowledge of modern development through the followingexperience or skills:

Ability tofocus and drive team to meet Project Plan milestonedates.

Provide guidance and assistance toproject resources to meet defined deliverables.

Education:

Bachelors degree and 7 years of experience Masters and 5 years ofexperience or 11 years of experience in lieu of a degree

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.Contract requirement.
