STEER - Manager - Sales - Capital Goods - Europe Region

Position Summary:
- As a Sales professional, the person will lead in implementation of Business Plans and Marketing Programs for Europe region and remain abreast of enquiries from that region.
- Candidate identified will generate quality leads and will achieve individual target as well support in achieving AOP targets.
- Providing Technocommercial offers to customers.
- Support in internal followups with various departments.
- Provide Pre & Post Sales Support to customers.
- He will be instrumental in generating new leads via desk research as well as customer meetings.
Role Responsibility:
- Key Account Management, New Customer Addition and Lead Generation as per AOP
- Coordination with Proposal team for Preparing TSE and EPZ offers for Europe territories & Support SEA
- Preparation of IPOs , PCRs and release of orders to manufacturing team of EPZ and TSE
- Ability to forecast and project monthly and quarterly revenue plans.
- Handle Order life cycle management (Leads to Dispatch)
- Lead Generation, getting leads from New Applications and New Assigned Territories in Europe.
- Managing European Representatives and Channel Partners.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and webinars in Europe region.
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction survey, monitor customers complaints and ensure closure of complaints.
Education & Experience:
Mechanical Engineer/MBA with 10 to 15 years of experience in Industrial / Capital goods sales in Europe region.
Technical Skills:
- Basic Mechanical Engineering (Knowledge of Plastic Processing will be added advantage)
- Understanding of international business development (Must)
- Proficient in MS Office, ability to prepare and analyze data (Must)
- Understanding of design & measurements (Engineering drawings)
- Understanding of Costing, Commercial and legal aspects such as taxation, documentation, INCOTERMS, International transactions etc.
- Knowledge of CRMs like Salesforce/Zoho will be a positive.
- Knowledge of Plastic Processing &/or Capital Equipment business is desirable but not a must
Soft Skills:
- Motivation, Dynamism and Customer Orientation is a must.
- Have good negotiation, communication and" people' skills
- Have selfconfidence and an interest in sales.
- Be able to input Initiative and enthusiasm.
- Be extremely organized.
- The ability to work effectively within Sale team & with Cross Functional teams.
- Analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Effective skills in areas of interpersonal, oral and written communication
- Presentation skill
- International Travel experience (Frequent traveler) is desirable.
