About Executive Compensation and Governance- Executive Compensation and Governance handles critical Performance, Rewards, and Talent Issues for Boards and Executive Management
- Integrated executive pay, governance, and equity lifecycle support

- Data assets offering a comprehensive framework beyond the Top 5 executives
- Sector-specific insights for tailored solutions within the competitive landscape
- Collaborative approach involving all stakeholders for effective solutions
- Research and understand Industry Archetypes and Business Models to advise on Rewards, Performance, and Talent matters
- Engage with clients on Senior/Top Management and Board compensation projects
- Design business-aligned executive remuneration strategies
- Interface with various teams for integrated projects
- Stay updated on laws and regulations related to compensation
- Build Governance business and offer related services
You will also be additionally responsible for:
- People management, leading a team of 7-10 colleagues
- Thought leadership, overseeing 2 research studies
- Revenue management
- Business origination
- Strategic HR Advisory
- Ability to interact and manage expectations of C-suite executives
- Exposure to Rewards, Consulting, Financial Modeling, and Strategic HR Projects
- Professional qualifications like CA, CS, CFA, LLB are advantageous
- Awareness of macroeconomics, excel modeling, and data-based storytelling
