  • Executive Compensation and Governance handles critical Performance, Rewards, and Talent Issues for Boards and Executive Management

  • Data assets offering a comprehensive framework beyond the Top 5 executives

Role Responsibilities
  • Research and understand Industry Archetypes and Business Models to advise on Rewards, Performance, and Talent matters
  • Engage with clients on Senior/Top Management and Board compensation projects
  • Design business-aligned executive remuneration strategies
  • Interface with various teams for integrated projects
  • Stay updated on laws and regulations related to compensation
  • Build Governance business and offer related services

You will also be additionally responsible for:

  • People management, leading a team of 7-10 colleagues
  • Thought leadership, overseeing 2 research studies
  • Revenue management
  • Business origination
  • Strategic HR Advisory
Skills & Experience
  • Ability to interact and manage expectations of C-suite executives
  • Exposure to Rewards, Consulting, Financial Modeling, and Strategic HR Projects
  • Professional qualifications like CA, CS, CFA, LLB are advantageous
  • Awareness of macroeconomics, excel modeling, and data-based storytelling
