Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to join us as a Recruiter, specializing in Non-IT hiring. The right fit will have a solid background in recruiting for diverse roles beyond the IT sector, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle the complete recruitment process effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific positions.

Job Posting and Advertising:

  • Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract a wide range of candidates.
  • Optimize job postings for maximum visibility and engagement.

Interview Coordination:

  • Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment.

Candidate Management:

  • Maintain a candidate database and monitor each applicant's progress throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Offer prompt feedback to candidates and keep them updated on their application status.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment needs and preferences.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to enhance the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of HR recruitment experience, specifically in Non-IT domains.
  • Demonstrated success in recruitment and meeting hiring goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
