Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the Founder will play a crucial role in ensuring the Founder's schedule runs smoothly and efficiently.
This role requires a high level of discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage the Founder's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Meeting Coordination:
Prepare agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Document/ Agreement Management:
Draft, review, and manage documents, presentations, and reports for the Founder.
Project Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
Event Planning:
Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and other company activities.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct research and gather information as needed to support the Founder's decision-making process.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications:
Master of Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Willingness to travel.
