The Role and What'll You Do:

As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of analytical, creative, and strategic skills to effectively manage and optimize paid media initiatives. This role will report into our Paid Lead in Singapore.

Please note this role is done remotely in India and can be based out of any India tier 1 city including Gurgaon, Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai among others.

The key responsibilities to perform this role will include:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and target audience.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key market trends, audience insights, and competitive landscape.
  • Define campaign objectives, target demographics, budget allocation, and KPIs for each campaign.

Campaign Execution and Management:

  • Set up and launch paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements.

Audience Targeting and Segmentation:

  • Utilize audience targeting tools and data analytics to identify and reach relevant audience segments.
  • Develop customized audience personas based on demographic, psychographic, and behavioral attributes.
  • Implement advanced targeting tactics such as lookalike audiences, retargeting, and custom audience segmentation.

Budget Management and Optimization:

  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Monitor spending trends, identify areas for cost savings, and reallocate budgets to high-performing campaigns.
  • Implement bidding strategies, ad scheduling, and budget pacing techniques to optimize ad spend.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.

In Summary:

  • Be the key day to day paid contact for B2C education brand.
  • Responsible for the delivery of project KPIs and client objectives across the region.
  • Supervise daily work, mitigate problems, and offer support to ensure optimal output.
  • Work together with paid media executive to plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Programmatic, SEM and social.
  • Develop and execute seasonal planning, key campaign proposals and potential initiatives.
  • Produce paid insightful reports on a regular basis for clients and report to senior management team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Conduct annual KPI reviews with team members and catch up one-on-one on a weekly basis.
  • Assist in identifying and addressing staff training, leadership and career development needs and opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with IMG and Endeavor teams to identify opportunities for new business opportunities across APAC.

You Have These:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience 5-6years in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital and traditional advertising platforms from Paid Social, PPC, OOH, News, Print
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for developing compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio/PowerBi, Ad management platforms etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads certification, Facebook Blueprint certification, etc., are a plus.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels is desirable.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and media buying.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in technology, platforms, and industry regulations.
