Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
- Implement and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency across our retail and e-commerce platforms, ensuring alignment with our high standards.
- Collaborate with retail staff and warehouse teams to optimize inventory management and supply chain logistics, contributing to a seamless operational flow.
Retail Operations and E-Commerce Engagement:
- Oversee day-to-day retail and online operations, upholding exceptional service standards and operational continuity.
- Work alongside various internal departments to ensure an integrated approach to our retail and online presence.
Partner Relationship Development:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with retail and e-commerce partners, facilitating open communication and collaborative success.
- Engage with e-commerce platforms to maximize our brand's visibility and sales performance.
Strategic Project Management:
- Manage and lead projects that encompass both retail and e-commerce, targeting strategic alignment and operational success.
- Analyze performance metrics to inform improvements and aid in developing the company's sales strategies.
