Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce website
  • Ensure product listings are accurate and up-to-date with descriptions, images,
pricing, and availability

  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to enhance product pages and overall
website layout

  • Manage day-to-day Amazon account operations
  • Handle Amazon Seller Central operations, including inventory management, order
processing, and returns

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure inventory
availability for both the website and Amazon

  • Assist with order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and deliveries
  • Assist in analyzing sales data and website performance to identify trends and
opportunities for growth

  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates,
and customer behavior for both the website and Amazon

  • Use data insights to make recommendations for marketing strategies and
website/Amazon enhancements

  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as digital marketing agencies and logistics
partners

  • Develop and execute Amazon-specific digital marketing campaigns, including
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads

  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of Amazon marketing campaigns using
tools like Amazon Advertising Console and other analytics tools

  • Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales events on
Amazon/website

Requirements and qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the publishing or retail
industry

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology,
or a related field

  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woo Commerce) and Amazon
Seller Central

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook
Ads)

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and basic web design principles.
