NodeOps offers AI-enabled infrastructure tailored for developers and node operators, streamlining the development process and operations for Web3 protocols.
Our goal at NodeOps is to provide developers and Node Operators with a user-friendly environment to kickstart their journey with Web3 protocols. Additionally, we feature an on-chain incentivization layer to attract more developers and businesses to specific L1s and L2s.
Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Define and implement sales pipeline and lead strategies for current and upcoming products
- Boost revenue through new business opportunities and client acquisition
- Conduct market research to spot trends and opportunities in the Web3 industry
- Supervise daily operations for efficiency
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team for successful execution of Partnership & Social Media Campaigns
- Create processes with customers/clients to deliver excellent support experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering
- Proven experience in tech industry business development, marketing, or operations
- Solid grasp of Web3 technologies and the blockchain ecosystem

- 2+ years of crypto/DeFi native experience
- Self-motivated individual with strong communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, with a proactive approach to meet targets
- Proficiency in creating and nurturing connections
