Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Performance Marketing Expert Cum Team Leader to join our exceptional team.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of paid media strategies, a proven track record of successful campaign management, and the leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of talented marketers.

This role is pivotal in driving our clients' success and elevating our agency's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In, etc.).
  • Ensure all campaigns align with client goals and drive maximum ROI.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of paid media specialists.
  • Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the daytoday management of paid media campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, and ad copy creation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making datadriven decisions to optimize results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign delivery and performance.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance and ROI.
5.

Innovation and Trends:

  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
  • Implement innovative strategies and tools to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
6.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments (Creative, SEO, Content) to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or team management role.
  • Indepth knowledge of various paid media platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar are a plus.
