Position:

Technical Writer – IIPrevious experience:

You'll help us research and transform complex technical concepts, specifications, and procedures into user-oriented information for non-technical and technical audiences for developing high-quality software documentation that meets user needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesLearn complex work from self-learning, training, and shadowing seniors

Work under minimal supervision on advanced, unstructured, and complex work

Improve the quality of content, adhere to the established standards and guidelines, and deliver on time

Design, develop, review, and publish high-quality technical documentation

Ideal ExperienceExperience in working with advanced process control products or services

Experience in working with products and solutions in industrial software

Experience in working with global agile and DevOps teams

Experience in working with Author-it Cloud and Microsoft Azure
