Engineering / R&D at Nutanix Your Role
- Develop a software framework to oversee the lifecycle of distributed software systems, including operating systems, hypervisors, and firmware.
- Create code that is scalable for large distributed infrastructures with numerous nodes and entities.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and associated challenges is advantageous.
- Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Understanding of hypervisors like ESXi or KVM is beneficial.
- Implement new features based on design specifications and coding guidelines.
- Comprehend fundamental distributed design principles in virtualized environments.
- Collaborate with various teams throughout the software stack to effectively communicate technical perspectives and designs.
What You Will Bring
- Demonstrated proficiency in coding with Python or Golang.
- Ability to collaborate and solve complex problems across multiple teams.
- Aptitude for translating requirements into functional code.
