The Senior Contracts and Commercial Manager plays a vital role in enabling business operations and serves as a trusted advisor to executives, ensuring alignment with GBS strategy.

Working at NTT

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management:
    - Build strong relationships with GBS customers, both internal and external
    - Manage and facilitate regular and ad hoc internal Commercial, Financial, and Legal discussions with NTT and Service Providers to achieve objectives efficiently
  • Contracts Management:
    - Oversee contract obligations between Service Providers and NTT within GBS
    - Supervise contract execution to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards
    - Ensure adherence to NTT Group Legal, Risk Compliance, and Infosec guidelines
    - Handle Change Requests governance process with Service Providers and NTT
    - Support and oversee contract negotiations, including Change Requests, for existing and additional services
    - Act as a liaison between NTT Group legal and Service Providers
  • Commercial Management:
    - Responsible for overall commercials with Service Providers, managing any change requests or operational adjustments
    - Manage GBS profit and loss and business case
    - Ensure accuracy of monthly invoices from Service Providers and timely payment
    - Ensure alignment of charge variations from Service Providers with internal NTT stakeholders
    - Lead commercial reviews and negotiations for existing and additional services

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Minimum - Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business Management preferred)

Required Experience:

  • - 8-10 years of experience in contracts and commercial, including financial and pricing in the BPO industry
    - Experience in Transactional Pricing, Change Control Process, and Project Management
    - Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder relationships
    - Proficiency in conflict management, negotiation, customer focus, and problem-solving
    - Expertise in supplier management within contracts and commercial areas, working globally with various Service Providers
    - Experience handling confidential documents and understanding confidentiality obligations
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective presentation and articulation of ideas
    - Willingness to work in a global setting that may require travel
