Key Responsibilities
- To achieve and surpass individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives.
- To execute the sales strategy in order to meet the company's sales targets and revenue goals.
- To support in creating sales presentations and proposals.
- To assist in predicting yearly, quarterly, and monthly sales incomes.
- To participate in establishing pricing models, sales policies, and protocols.
- To examine market data for identifying potential sales prospects.
- Collaborating with Shipping Lines, CHA, Freight Forwarder, Rail Operators, Exporters, Importers, and other facility users.
- Providing accurate routing details to ensure coordinated delivery schedules and locations.
- Ensuring timely preparation and sharing of various reports with relevant parties.
- Preventing any revenue losses.
- Enhancing operational efficiency by delivering excellent and timely service to clients.
- Maintaining a zero-complaint record from customers.
- Implementing cost-effective measures.
- Adhering strictly to the company's safety and security protocols and enforcing them.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal staff and external vendors, customers, and government authorities.
- Managing Customer Level Transport SLAs.
