To create a strong advisor base, find and hire the best advisers.
The Sales Manager team is in charge of assembling the team (Life Insurance Advisors) from their
personal and professional networks. Use the Need-Based Selling Model when cross-selling insurance, and abide by it
Concentrate on managing the sales team, expanding geographically, and controlling the spread
working on the ground to attract the most customers
Employ, educate, inspire, and counsel a group of sales agents

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification:
Graduate

Experience:
Min. 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable, DTH, Microfinance, Dealer, Broker, Education sales, B2B, B2C, Telecom, Loans, Product marketing, Etc.,)

Age:
Min 21 Years – Max 38 Years
