Position Title: Accountant (Record to Report)

Job Location: Bangalore, KA-India

Job Purpose:

Job Description Summary

To handle Record To Report (RTR) tasks for Global entities (US, UK, APAC) as part of Centre of Excellence (COE) team from Bangalore Global Business Services (GBS) Organization.

Role Definition
Provides timely and accurate financial record-keeping and reporting as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining financial records based on GAAP and organizational standards.

• Preparing reports on financial performance for internal and external use.

• Using automated tools for updating, analyzing, and reporting consolidated financial results.

Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years of Accounting Degree or equivalent.
  • Professional Certification from CA/CMA institute/US CPA/CMA preferable
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in captive accounting service centers or large corporations with Manufacturing & Service nature of business
  • Basic experience in handling multiple ERPs and varied accounting tools
  • Basic experience in Data Analytical skills and Interpretation of results
  • Basic understanding of accounting/business issues
  • Flexibility to work in 2nd Shift (03:00PM -12:00AM IST)3rd shift (06:00PM -03:00AM IST)
