Position Summary

Reporting to the Managing Director Asia Pacific & Middle East, the Operations Coordinator, with a focus on compliance, plays a pivotal role in maintaining daily operations and ensuring adherence to the organization's compliance standards. Your role involves providing support to both new and existing Master Franchisees and their teams, addressing a wide range of operational and compliance needs across their respective markets. You must passionately represent our brand(s) and be able to work with and coach our Franchisees' operations teams across the globe.

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of invoices to Franchisees. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment. Reconcile payments received with invoiced amounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Collaborate with the finance and legal departments to address invoicing, payment, and agreement-related compliance issues. Ensure all contractual documents are properly executed, filed, and maintained in compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements. Monitor and track operational metrics to identify areas for improvement. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation as needed. Participate in meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Contribute to the development and execution of operational projects and initiatives. Preparing communications on behalf of Global Support Team to franchisees and other stake holders.

Qualifications

Required:

Four-year degree or equivalent experience preferred. Two or more years in invoicing, payment processing, and agreement facilitation roles. Proficient understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced quickly changing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Desired:

Previous experience in project management or process improvement is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
